Aquaculture – fish farms
The Galician coast is characterised, among other things, by the farming of a multitude of fish species. Our product is a higher quality food alternative to fish farming.
Agriculture
Specialised in the cultivation of corn, cereals (wheat and rye), grapes, potatoes and horticultural crops (tomato, lettuce, onion, etc.). Our organic fertiliser is a very interesting complement to prevent pests.

#BIOPROINSECT Project
Galinsect, together with FEUGA and the University of Vigo, is currently leading an ambitious project for the development of a system which through an enzymatic process with proteases allows the separation of chitin from the rest of the insect’s components, obtaining high quality proteins, polyunsaturated fatty acids and chitin.
The goal is to achieve a sustainable source of protein with greater digestibility and high nutritional value.
